As a mum of four, I have struggled with my mental health. I’ve navigated the highs and lows, learning (and re-learning) what it means to show up for my kids - and myself. And, I can tell you, motherhood is an ever-evolving journey.
Now, as a trained specialist in early years and maternal wellness, I bring together all the 'I wish I had known this before' learnings, real support for real life, and gentle, practical tools that meet you where you are at.
