What to Expect

At your baby massage class!

A Warm Welcome

and time to relax and tune into your baby!

We use this time to remember the highlights of our week and refocus our mindset.

We check both you and baby are

fit and well for the massage session.

We focus on different

massage strokes each week.

Each week we discuss topics related to the age and stage of your baby and needs of the group.

We finish with relaxation exercises that you can also do at home.

How to Book...

I have classes available online or in person in Dundee

for babies 8 weeks +

I can arrange 1-2-1 classes, If you are interested in these within the Dundee or Perthshire area please arrange a 15 minute appointment with me and we can discuss your requirements.

Remote Baby Massage Clas

£40 for 4 week Block!

If your rural or not ready to come in person, remote baby massage classes take place on Wednesday at 11am via Zoom!

This online baby massage classes bring the community right to your living room!

Classes are not recorded to maintain the safe environment and allow open discussions.

Rachel's Dance Studio

£45 for 4 week block

Join me on Thursday in person at the gorgeous dance studio in North Isla Street in Dundee.

Your baby isn't the only one developing beautiful connections. While they're enjoying those gentle strokes and bonding moments, you're building something special too - friendships!

Massage Oil is included in these classes along with your personal baby massage/yoga packs.
