The TBR 3 Step Rewind helps reset this alarm, allowing you to remember without being overwhelmed.

This approach is perfect if you're experiencing:

So what is the TBR 3 Step Rewind?
You're not alone. Many women experience lasting emotional pain after traumatic births - feelings of anxiety, fear, and disconnection that can overshadow the joy of motherhood. But healing is possible.
Session 1: Around 90 minutes
In the first session, we will explore your experience to understand how this experience is continuing to show up for you in your daily life. (You do not need to share your story if you do not wish you.) We will then begin to understand how you would like your life to look differently if you weren’t experiencing these symptoms and create a personalised relaxation audio in which you imagine yourself in this positive future without your symptoms.
Session 2: Around 60 minutes
You will be invited back in 1 week to session 2.
In this session, I will explain fully how the 3 Step Rewind Process works, we will then carry out a deep relaxation exercise along with the 3 Step Rewind technique. During this process you will be guided to view and rewind your memory in 3 different ways using your imagination and this will help unlock the unwanted feelings from your memory. It is important to note that your memories will not change, only the associated feelings.
Session 3: Around 30 Minutes
In session 3, around 2 weeks later, I will offer a final relaxation where you will be invited to reflect on how you have felt since your last session and what changes you have seen or felt in the past 2 weeks. We will also discuss how you now feel when you recall this memory and compare this to how you felt before 3 Step Rewind and how you now see yourself in the future after having responded positively.
